Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping

Standard domestic delivery typically takes 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch. Shipping is free on all 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages; a shipping fee applies to single-bottle orders, calculated at checkout.

3. International Shipping

International delivery times vary by destination and local customs processing, and generally range from 8–15 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact support@alpharock.store and we will help locate your package or arrange a resolution.

6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
